I don't have squak box...I use e mini charts as a leading indicator...I tried squak and found it to be distracting (some traders love it though). I'm not sure what you're asking about with your reference to "chatroom"?

It depends on your style of trading. If you're scalping without charts, using 3 level 2 montages and a ticker, a 15" LCD will work for some. I swing trade so I use 2 19" LCD monitors with a dual video card. One has the market and sector information and the other has 3 charts (for stocks) and 2 level 2 montages. Hope this helps!
