ICE Futures, OTC Markets Closed For Technical Issue-ExchangeLast update: 9/8/2008 8:59:05 AMNEW YORK (Dow Jones)--All futures and over-the-counter markets operated by InterContinental Exchange Inc. (ICE) were closed early Monday because of "technical issues," according to a recorded announcement on the exchange operator's telephone help line.

    The last recorded trade in the benchmark Brent crude oil futures contract on the ICE Futures Europe platform was at 8:34 a.m. EDT (1234 GMT), according to data supplied by the exchange. ICE Futures Europe offers major energy contracts, while ICE Futures U.S. offers agricultural contracts on such commodities as coffee and cotton. A spokesperson for Atlanta-based ICE could not immediately be reached.
     
  3. They latest is that pre open will be 2.10pm, and full trade 2.20pm. But by the looks of things that's just delaying tactics and they're nowhere near ready to reopen.
