(ICE) were closed early Monday because of "technical issues," according to a recorded announcement on the exchange operator's telephone help line.
The last recorded trade in the benchmark Brent crude oil futures contract on the ICE Futures Europe platform was at 8:34 a.m. EDT (1234 GMT), according to data supplied by the exchange. They latest is that pre open will be 2.10pm, and full trade 2.20pm. But by the looks of things that's just delaying tactics and they're nowhere near ready to reopen.
