don't know exactly how long before web trader session timeout, but I think it's between 10min to 30min. after timeout, you have to reenter username/passoword/passcode, the first time you try will give you a message saying you already have a session open, you have two choice , either disconnect old session or cancel. disconnect the old session will bring you to reenter password windows again. it's so annoying it's keeping timeout and reenter credential twice after timeout. anyone else have this problem?
Sadly I'm forced to use web trader at work and this happens all the time and has for some time. It doesn't seem to be a fixed timeout value but random. There are days when I have to re-login 3 times and others where it stays connected all day.
