IB's TWS Bracket Order?

Trading ES,when using IB's Bracket Order on TWS,
what happens to the Stop loss order
is it sent to GLOBEX or to IB Server?.

When using brackets, STOP orders are used.

Stop orders are held on IB's server because GLOBEX only accepts STOP-LIMIT orders.

I requested (and so did DEF) to change the default stop order into stop-limit but so far this hasn't been changed.
