i downloaded the new version of TWS last week. however, when it comes up now my firewall asks if i want to allow ipconfig each time. i believe that ipconfig can renew/release the IP address of my pc... so my question is: -> does anyone else have this happen? -> if so, why? if i deny it, i can still get through to IB, but i'm curious about this. thanks for any info...
