I had problems with SMART not functioning today during the last half hour of trading. I was trading the equity LLTC and the trading volume had picked up. It was the island quotes for LLTC shown on TWS that were stuck and had SMART crossed. During this time, the island quotes shown for LLTC on my RealTick level 2 were functioning as they should. Catoosa
