lately i get my orders rejected very, very often when i try to buy/sell nyse stocks trough arca booktrader, nedless to say it costed me money since i had to chase price to close my positions and couldnt get in when i wanted to. every month there's a new bug; since u seems unable to sort them out and ultimatley it's us who pay the price, why dont u make available a stripped down version of tws with basic features for us simpletons.
