Can someone please help me solve my problem activating the BracketTrader. Its giving me two error messages. One is error message 200, the other is error message 300. Profitseer, maybe you can help. The problem is that I am not receiving the streaming data feed.
If I have misrepresented myself as someone who knows anything at all about computers I apologize. First, look on your computer and see if you see any lights. If you do, that means it's on, so that is probably not the problem. If the mkt isn't open, there will be no bid or ask for tws to key off of. Try it on the demo, or wait until mkt is open. If problem persists, ask again on the Order Execution Forum.
