ibllc port scan

    i got these message from my firewall:

    208.245.107.9 Host blocked for .. min SCAN (3849, 5897, 6409, 5641, 4873, 3593, 4361)

    208.245.107.9 Host blocked for .. min SCAN (14853, 13061, 15109, 13829, 14341, 12549, 15621)


    208.245.107.9 is Ibllc data server, does anyone know why the above are needed? They haven't done these scans before...
