At what time will the trading start? And can IB customers can sell the shares immediately?

No trading for IB customers, ever.
You've just become a proud lifetime owner.

Same kind of behavior you get on ARCA when a stock is halted.

The big question, do I sell my shares right away at the open for a small, but guaranteed profit, or hold on in hopes of it hitting 40.

  6. remember who bid these shares up... (the bid/cover is a distortion because of this)

    purely purely flipper day traders.

Do not think there were 140+m shares bid that were all flippers. Many of them will be long term holders. Either way, I got my buy stop orders in at $35 and $36 to double my position that was barely filled.

  8. I dont see it as trading yet? Is it my data feed or is it trading?

  9. I think there's more people who want to fill the rest of what they failed to get allocated then people who want to flip. a LOT more.

And look at it this way, the flippers only got 25% of the shares they wanted to flip. The buyers need to buy 75% of what they failed to get allocated.

Wow, the ipo positioning window just opened, and a ton of bids came in. Looks like at least 33 opening, maybe 35+.
