    Has anyone actually read the PAXOS (crypto custodian) Customer Agreement? Here are some interesting bits:

    Why would anyone prefer to have their crypto confiscated on a whim, instead of trading via a decentralized Exchange? Or even via Coinbase, which doesn't do this "for any other reason in our sole and absolute discretion" shit.[1]

    Why would anyone HODL with IB and pay dormancy fees and risk having their crypto confiscated, instead of using a hardware wallet?
