    Wednesday May 7, 6:08 pm ET


    GREENWICH, Conn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Interactive Brokers Group, Inc. (NASDAQ: IBKR - News) today announced the termination of its follow-on offering of 50,000,000 shares of its Class A common stock. The shares offered in the offering will be deregistered and the company will not register another public offering of its shares of Class A common stock until at least April 15, 2009.

  7. I guess this was just a big show down with the shorts(17.6% short as of april 10) who expected a cheap offering. Will be interesting to see how it trades without the potential dilution overhanging the market.

  8. LMAO... As anti-climactic as it gets. Zero action.

    No one knows what to make of the cancellation.

    Can't take a side until it's known WHY the offering was withdrawn.
