  1. Unless I looked things up incorrectly, LDRS does not have options. That is a drawback.

    Even though any should+ you may have done that, study the prospectus Ipr 90. Most long only have to be almost all invested. BUT FFTY can go to 50% cash, under certain conditions. SPY pays better dividends, handy in a slop chop market; but espect better growth/roller coaster than SPY. NOT a prediction......

    "Certain conditions" is exactly what I wanted clarification on. Gentleman from Innovative Funds said the market conditions would have to be substantially deteriorating before allocation to cash position would be made. I suspect that is reasonable considering they are not day/swing traders.

    I don't think it is useful to have options on these ETFs. FFTY has them but they are thinly traded and if you want to close position slippage will be ugly

  5. CANSLIM Select Growth Fun was FLAT in 2008? That is AMAZING if so. I mean, they were in the stock market 100%, which stock market cratered 50% to 60%? If this is right, I REALLY need to look into that. I looked before but I was always under the impression it underperformed a bit.
