Ibcharts historical data

    Hello,

    I cant get historical data using Ibcharts for the last few days. These are the error messages I am getting:

    11/20/2005 19:37:09 - #300: Can't find EId with tickerId:1000000

    11/20/2005 19:53:27 - #2107: HMDS data farm connection is inactive but should be available upon demand.:ushmds2a

    11/20/2005 19:53:27 - ER2 fut 0512 globex - #165: Historical Market Data Service query message:HMDS server disconnect occurred. Attempting reconnection..

    Has anybody had this issue with Ibcharts? How can I fix this problem?
