IB - Your secure code card has expired

I use an app (IB Key) for 2-factor authentication.

Do you have that set up?

The plastic card looks identical to the printed copy which you got when you applied for an account. The only difference: the plastic card has other codes. They are not the same.

 

You missed the real point. IB specializes in aggravating you.

 

Like Kmiklas says, go into A/M and get the ibkey. If you have an iphoneX it is even better as the facial recognition convenience is awesome.
