Same issue here, also on web login. Just talked to customer rep, their programmers are looking into it... Good thing they didn't start to auto liquidate... yet... Seems to me, that something went wrong when they moved money from securities to futures account, but not sure
The majority of my funds are missing too, lol.. I never logged out but the balance was correct before I left for lunch.
you just dont do this shit with the internet environment that we live in and expect to keep customers given all the hacking attacks of recent history that we know about....programmers looking into it are you kidding me?
re login in still negative balance, does ib not really have customer segregated accounts? are these just numbers on spreadsheets for them?
