IB Work Station Frozen Order

    Where did it get stuck?

  4. if it is orange it means the cancellation order has been accepted but that has not been corrently recognized....maybe u won't get filled after all.

    It would be nice if their data dept understood that.

  7. have a look at the trails: select view--audit trails--condensed-- u'll be able to see where your order has been routed and whats happening.

    Just spoke with Rick (customer service) he did a search and said inet says it was cancelled and that when TWS reboots tonight the trade will be removed.
