IB: could you please get your fucking shit together. US futures/currencies have been going down every fucking night for the past >week. not just the usual ridiculous drop @ 12est thru 12.17am EST. now it drops in the 11 EST hour for well over 1/2 hour. it has also been dropping several more times per night (HK day) for lesser periods of time. who can fucking trade when you don't know what the US and currencies are doing? ib, OBVIOUSLY, knows this problem. as usual, no bulletin or any idea wtf the problem is (i'm sure they'll blame someone else as will the ib defenders). btw, interesting to note that when the data finally comes back, there is no gap in IB charts. iow, ib cannot say they're not getting the data; they're simply not able to transmit it to their lowly customers. pretty lame... btw, i am on the HK server. and, PLEEEEEEEAAAAAAAASSSSSSEEEEEEEEE, don't someone come on and blame it on the typhoon!!!!!!!!! it's been like this for over a week.
