After an auto update to TWS version Build 978.2k, Jan 6, 2021 12:06:56 PM, this morning, I can no longer get access to the IB website using Statement View or Account Management Home link in TWS. I tried to setting the Browser path in General Configuration setting tab but that didn't work. I had no problem before the auto update. Does anyone else have this issue?
It's been happening to me once or twice a week for years. It normally starts working again after a short time. In the meantime logging in through the website always does the trick.
