Tried....no luck Last night they rolled out an update for the latest build. Seemed better. No enter key issues. If course I still run into issue of typing in a ticker and it misses a keystroke. Anyone else have that?
That lag combined with a little of my own stupidity cost me about $450 this morning on ANTM. IB, please add to your fix list.
Having the same lookup issue as well. You'd think a $21 billion company would be able to find a bug of this magnitude.
Because it is happening intermittently, I assume this is a performance issue which may involve spending money to fix. Who likes that!?
Anyone else having issues with realized PNL in account window not been reset overnight? And resets on the middle of regular hours on next day (EST)?
Another thing you can do is ignore it. It won't solve the problem but you'll get used to it. On ET there are more complaints about IB than all other softwares combined. Can't you guys just forget about whinging and pretend it's all good? Lemons are cheap and that's what you get.
