Yep. For the record, after a while the Gateway has quit rechallenging, but has NOT reconnected to IB. I had to shut it down and restart it manually. Now receiving data and back on the job. (But it should have done this by itself, as it used to be: this is not good) T (OT. The demo system appears to be down at the moment).

Yes, the "frequent" issue is not happening anymore. Still in my humble opinion it must be solved for <b>all days of the week</b>, not sundays excluded. I will keep you posted if i see it again. T

IB fixed what was my disconnect problem. However, I shut down my trading PC during the weekend till Sunday 6PM eastern time.
Since i complained last sunday, to be fair let me say that this time all was smooth and perfect. No problems whatsoever. Good job! Continue this way! Tom
just curious, for every complaint you make to IB, how much do you actually pay them in commissions? I'm all for testing, but I trade real money and spend real money in commissions, and if you are costing me anything I don't have much sympathy for you.
