I spoke with pristine's support people who told me you can't use their software with IB TWS. I found a work-around. Look in your control panel, there will be an icon for JAVA. Double click and click on the browser tab. Just disable JAVA as a default plug-in for your browser. No more problem. I've been trading all morning with QQL, TWS, and chat open.
