IB TWS flickering

Is anyone having issues with occasional flickering with TWS. About every 30 seconds or so, my pages flicker 1 time. No other issues. I installed new mouse software last night, and shouldn't be related, but when 1 action is followed by another new action, I get to wondering. Any thoughts?

I haven't noticed any problems on my end. It has been pretty solid this week.

 

Guess it is the mouse, after all. The flicker occurs exactly 5 seconds after I place the curser in the TWS. Any thoughts IB techies? Intellipoint 6.1 (causes a flicker in other products, such as excell, too).

 

My simulated account does that 'flickering thing' sometimes when I start up, but not my live account.

Microsoft has informed to use a previous mouse software, so no issue with IB...

I use a Microsoft intelipoint mouse but the only program that has ever 'flickered' is TWS. And only occasionally.
