The best would be if while it is happening we could contact you to find out: - your account number - what symbol stopped updating - your connection status, etc - your tws version (an upgrade to a later version may easily fix the problem; I recall that we have done quite a bit of work in the past several months in regards to the market-data) If you have a busy schedule and can't talk to us, an email with the above pieces of data when it happens would be equally good. I can't get my workstation 4.0 to open after the login anymore but I can open my trader workstation just fine. Anybody else having this problem?
Hi murray, Don't get them mad again now. They don't like this kind of "rude" talk. Better check whether you don't happen to have a "weak ISP". PS: at my end things have been 100% for the last week - no more "freezes". Keep it up IbSoft. In the past, if it's good, I always told you so!
