IB TWS -> background colors?

Hey all,

I was wondering why there no colors lighten up on the background when the bid/ask price change like for example, the Ameritrade streamer....

Only the letters change color as opposed to the background. Its different from the other products but once I got used to it, i seem to prefer it this way.
