I am thinking of opening an IB account and am using there demo to test. I sold short QQQ and then tried to buy it back a few cents lower, but I got a message "The order price "43.82" does not conform to the minimum price variation for this contract". What does this mean, it is an Amex stock that trades in decimals? Thanks for your help
