IB tick calculation looks very wrong today

which instrument ??

 

There is something wrong with both TICK-NYSE and TICK-NASD at IB today. The extremes are not going far enough.

$TICK at quote.com shows much higher highs and lower lows.

 

lol, bet a few bots got owned because of this today.

Like good traders, even IB has some rough days. They've had one today.

 

IB TICK having another bad day?

 

IB's $TICK-NYSE feed is off the same way it was yesterday. It looks like the real value is divided by two. Anyone talked to them?
