IB tax questions for the experts

In turbotax how do you account for the following:

1- Broker Interest Paid (FX carry, margin, short stock borrow fees, etc)
2- Cancel Fees (mostly option order cancellation fees, not included in cost basis)
3- Commissions on FX (not included in cost basis for forex trades)

Any ideas are appreciated!
