Thought I would post this here because we all know sending an email to the help desk or using the live chat can send one over the edge with the kinds of responses you get. Hopefully def will see this and can fix it. In the last few weeks the system restart is often taking longer than the usual 1 hour, as several times I cannot place orders for a 5 hour period. It means I am missing the SFE close and EUREX open, not to mention not being able to place trades on ACE, Globex and HKFE. I can deal with 1 hour of downtime, but to shut us out when europe is opening is absolutely ridiculous!
