I think they do realize that. but would you rather have them shut down the servers mid-day to update?
The Naz TICK has been down since yesterday morning and is still down. If a shutdown is required at some point, are you suggesting they wait until Sunday?
Since IB seems not to be all that concerned about the problem ("sometime next week"), does anyone know of an online source that provides free realtime TICK index data? (I'd rather not sign up for something else for just a week) TIA

I'd be interested to know whether someone else is experiencing the following problem with IB (I'm using the Swiss server): Every morning I have to go through the same routine: -I log into the Swiss server with the SSL button checked (the login fails) -I hit the cancel button -I uncheck the SSL button -I log in again (with the SSL button unchecked) but now it works and I'm logged in WITH SSL Strange... This has been going on for months and with all TWS versions I've used.
