Dear Def In the a/cs window there are figures for margin required-day time and overnight. These figures get upgraded live as well My question is can I see these margin requirement figures for my individual existing positions? This will help in decidind closing some positions if margin requirement is too high. Your comments much appreciated. The total figures must be calculated by summation of individual positions so getting these on indivudual positions may not be difficult. Thanks
If I have a position, and then during the day, when the market is in midrange, I add a trailing sell stop 5 points under the then market, TWS shows the number 5 but there does not appear to be any numerical readout for what the trailing stop price is at any time thereafter as the market moves up. That would be helpful.
I have that, my columns include limit price, trailing price , and stop price. The initial offset number of points shows up in "trailing amount" but nowhere does the stop price show up.
IB web trader works only with IE and not firefox IE sucks and so, no IB for me Next, IB traedr station works only in windows or mac. no linux or unix or solaris IB is stuck in the propretieary mode and doesn't work for me dont know when they will enable firefox

problem seems to be behind a firewall it does not work only the browser based works in that case and it needs IE net/net, firefox, unix and firewall seems to be a bad combo for IB. unless someone can advise me otherwise OX works even TOS does not
In the Trouble Ticket System add a Beta TWS Bug category. It might improve the speed of detecting beta problems. Right now I haven't got a clue on how to report beta problems except to report it as a TWS problem. I suspect that such a TWS problem ticket gets sent to a regular CSR rather than a supervisor in software development. Jack
