Hello, I am interested in the european equities markets through IB, and I'm wondering if you have to subscribe to all listed exchange to get best SMART bids and offers for one security or do you have to subscribe to the primary exchange only? Let's say ALU is listed on Euronext, VirtX, Deutsche Borse... Do I have to subscribe to all those exchanges or just Euronext? Thanks a lot.
