The same thing happened to me. Entered a trailing stop order, and on the first change to a new price I got filled, nowhere near where it should have been triggered. I wish that IB would inform us of a problem like this.
To IB's credit, they sent me a letter of apology after the way they treated me on this issue. Still, it does not address the issue of why they don't inform their customers when this stuff happens. Jay
