IB stop orders on Globex

Are IB stops on globex simulated stops, so they do not appear on the market depth? Just checking, they managed to run my ER2 stops within a tick before it reversed....probably just crappy luck but I want to make sure the stops aren't visible.

Stops will never appear on the market depth. Only limit orders.

 

Cool thanks that was what I thought. Damn stop run cost me three points.....

 

Don't worry. Even sometimes price reverses, it could save you from a bigger loss.
