    I began experiencing the same problems (Feb 25 @ the open) that vanilla and others are now encountering. In my case,
    I experienced "frozen" and "missing" equity quotes meanwhile my futures (ES, YM, NQ) quotes were operating and providing data normally. I ran a both a ping test (ping gw1.ibllc.com ) and traceroute test (tracert gw1.ibllc.com ) while my quotes were "frozen" and both tests came back healthy. When I first asked about this problem (noon est, Feb 25) I was told that the new build (818.5 would be available on Feb 26, & "should" resolve this problem)

    I downloaded build 818.5 on Feb 26 but this did not resolve the problem. Called TAC, explained the situation to Ernie who switched me back to the "old style refresh/feed" and the problem was solved. It seems the rolling out of this new market-data dissemination system/changing the refresh rates is still in beta so if you are experiencing similar problems have them change you back to the "old style" feed/refresh.

    Def,

    This is terrible!! This thing is freezing up every min or so. Can't you guys fix this? I sent in a e-mail but have not heard back.

    I had my isp running from cable modem to UPC to router and then to computers. I by-passed the UPC and now I don't have the problem. So far so good.:D

  7. This seems to have been fixed in the last few days. Now it resets to Change=0.00 as it should upon re-open at 3:30CT

  8. 'refresh' rate. IB just could not be more helpful. You people really 'rock'. Absolutely no business integrity.

    Have had problems for the past 9 hours here on two different computers connected via different ISPs. Either intermittent disconnections or/and frozen quotes.

  9. Don't be so happy. It will have problems very soon! I won't bother to contact them, everyday it has problems here or there.

    The problems that I have had, a couple of times, with IB in the last 9 months.

    1. On 3-4 occasions, market orders on the ES not filled, for maybe 3 seconds. Have had to cancel. This has happened in moderately fast markets.

    2. Filled on orders that have been cancelled in the TWS (don't show up on display), sometimes overnight. This has happened, 2-3 times. IB said they had no record of cancel. Maybe there have 2 servers, one for TWS display and one for handling cancels and they go out of sync.

    Anybody else? Or am I just imagining things.
