IB site down (not TWS)

did anybody else experience this?

TWS works fine, but the site www.interactivebrokers.com and forum has been being hardly available for hours now.

 

Looks fine to me and has been for last 30 mins at least.

 

Maybe your ISP's nameserver lost track of part of the internet (including IB)

 

It is still very slow. I can't update my TWS.

The time-out for your traceroute probably only means that IB does not answer pings.

I just tried to download the latest TWS version and had no problem doing so.

Maybe a problem with your ISP?

I talked to my ISP they said they couldn't do anything because this was the only site that had problems.

meanwhile, I tried www.interactivebrokers.de and www.interactivebrokers.co.uk

this ones are fast as usual. ping, tracert also ok with them.

The problem is that the forum and the TWS software itselfs comes from .com. i.e unreachable. (If I select bulletin board or TWS login, the site is redirected to .com)

???

Can you please post a traceroute to the .com site (in command prompt: tracert www.interactivebrokers.com)
