Anybody has a problem with IB Risk Navigator. My portfolio consist of ER2 options, it seems this new feature doesn't recognize the positions. As often happens, it's impossible to get anybody on the phone that actually knows the software at IB customer services. Incredible!!! I'd appreciate any comments.
