IB reqHistoricalData not working today

It hasn't worked all morning. Very frustrating if your ATS relies on backfills.
A lot of index symbols such as TICK-NYSE,TRIN-NYSE etc. not even streaming market data. ARGH!!!!

 

I heard there are estimated to be 350,000 pikers running ats systems, all making 100k-200 million a year scalping for 1/2 cent profits against GS.

 

I saw that, too. Tick and trin have been lagging for a week or more, now. Rare.
