has anybody used the relative order feature successfully today? i tried it with two accounts, but without success. thanks
Simulated relative orders have been de-activated for a couple of days as a precaution. Yesterday's system outage was caused by one of our customers submitting a large basket of incorrectly configured relative orders. Our software incorrectly handled the condition and crashed. Until we have the patch rolled out, the simulated relative orders are off-line. Sorry for the inconvenience.
