IB reasures customers

  1. My reading of the IB website material suggests that they split the funds between many banks.

    My transfer(s), requested yesterday afternoon, show 'Sent' status as of this afternoon, but haven't hit my account yet.

    I'd probably be more worried about Etrade, whose stock went from 23 to 3 in eight months, and who's built up a subprime business.

    If IB has any trouble, it's the screening they use to accept customers. Need to tighten that up a bit.
