Sent you a PM. Yep, you will have to switch lawyers... I can't believe foreign traders are unnecessarily dealing with all this paperwork...
yeah, well, I ve gine the corporate offshore route quite a while, and it took me quite some efforts to get everything back to personal name. Happy I manged to untie my money from corporaye accounts. I wouldn t advise anyone living in Europe to go that way nowadays, compliance is much harder ( many accounts have been frozen) and with CRS it s supposed to be much more dificult to hide ( remains to be seen how well CRS works ). Amount of taxes to be legally paid is not the issue here, as I don t expect to get capital gains and div and interests are more or less reasonably taxed ( I end up paying less than 23% including tax at the source). Problem, besides tyw dividends I d gladly do without, is the paperwork, and sometimes contradicting opinions from lawyers, but this quickly gets worse with offshore corporation. another problem might arise if tax department reject some of my losses because they don t like the supporting documents. anyway, regarding ur pm ime it is terrible advice except if by miracle the quickly worsening offshore situation suddenly reversed very recently, which I doubt.
You know you can get other passports, right? It's been working all right for me, since 2000. So, I beg to differ...
yes, thank you but I really don t need ur advice. there are plenty of threads on the forum about offshore set up, u can go and spam there. off topic here.
Hence, the 168,000 Euros in losses (imagine all the things you could have bought, like proper legal advice, for example). And the fact that you are posting here fully detailing on how lost you are. Sure, buddy... And most definitely NOT off topic...
duh... I m not sure u even understand what those losses mean, but they are most welcome in my case if taxable. hopefully one day u will be able to afford a fraction of the losses I deal with without flinching so u can afford to stop spamming.
That was funny. I am not spamming; I am genuinely attempting to reduce unnecessary paperwork. I don't flinch, at all...
besides I have more posts on offshore set ups on this forum than ur total post number, known it when it worked well than witnessed how it went down the drain and mostly left a bunch scammers despaired for customers.
Might be, I actually have no idea of ur post history on this forum besides this off topic unrequested advice. Seen compliance taking lots of of offshore accounts to the sewer over the last 6 years, no interest whatsoever going the corporate offshore nor 2nd passport route.
I am efficient. Your ratio of posts: 697 Likes, 4,043 Posts=0.17 My ratio: 344 Likes, 625 Posts=0.55 Obviously, your EUR 168,000 hurts, otherwise, you would not even be talking about it. You could have cared less... Boomshakalaka
