from what I've read here and elsewhere, it doesn't seem that everyone was affected. In the past, I've pointed out comments on these boards to programming w/o details. The programming side researches, doesn't find anything and comes here asking for info and no one responds. I asked the overnight help desk if they've seen any complaints about data today - they did not. Thus w/o talking to the US programming staff, I do not know if they are aware that you or other clients had a problem. To expedite things and to hopefully find a quick solution, I'll ask again for you to send a mail to help (subject MG101) or PM samaritan with details, they can better address your situation.
