Anyone having trouble pulling quotes on certain symbols (SWY, CPWR) for example through smart routing on IB? I can't seem to get anything. Other stuff seems fine. More than a bit odd...
It is not just today. It is about a couple of days that they have the problem including today. Quotes are wrong in many cases. The last trade quote does not get updated. In Webtrader (that is what I am using) when I want to put an order for an option, the bid and ask prices don't show up. I hope they fix it ASAP. I also sent them an email but did not hear from them.
