IB premarket trading

    At what times in premarket does Interactive Brokers begin routing orders through instinet and island? Most direct access brokers allow premarket trading starting at 8:00am. Does IB do it earlier than this?

    Hi Def,

    Will foreign stock markets ever be available to US traders through IB or are the logistics of it too dificult? Every so often you hear about global trading being on the horizon but never anything specific... Thanks

    european stocks will be in the offering shortly for retail (futures are available) for London I think Germany and a couple of other markets are also on the agenda.
