Has anyone else had this problem? I consistently (100% of the time) crash IB when i try to pull up 1 week or longer timeframe charts of SPI futures (from SNFE exchange) on TWS. I just get a long pause and am unable to do anything in TWS without resetting or waiting a very long time. I assume something about the SNFE datafeed is killing TWS. Have had this problem for a long time on IB, and have even emailed support and gotten nowhere. Any public response?
