IB Outrage for more than 1 hour (disaster!!)

  1. I'm unable to login TWS for more than 1 hour in the morning. That is disaster!! :(

    I keep visiting the system status page, but it is always red but they are meant for particular exchanges only. What's up with IB this morning?

    I tried to login TWS & WebTrader & even Account Management. None connected. Did anyone experience the same problem like me?

    Yes, its always a nuisance if you can't get access to your trading system.
    Was Outrage instead of Outage a typo?

    How was being unable to login to your internet account a disaster?
    (fwiw I was able to log in to my account)
  4. I couldn't log in anything, be it TWS or WebTrader or even Account Management.

    It appears the whole IB servers are down to me.

    What servers are you connecting to?

    How come I couldn't even login to WebTrader? Weird!

    I am fine here today.

    I am sorry to hear that. That would be a very horrible incident to you, especially if you have open positions.

    Did you manage to sort out your problem now?
