a great cbm64 website: www.lemon64.com game base: http://www.gamebase64.com/search.php?h=0 best emulator for windows: http://www.ccs64.com/ sidplayer (plays commodore music you can download from the game base): http://www.geocities.com/SiliconValley/Lakes/5147/sidplay/ So, instead of losing money today thanks to IB outages and attacks over the white house, use the time for nostalgia.. Cheers 50
luxor, you still have the C64?! Damn. I wished I still had mine. For memory sake. Now comes the important question, do you TRADE with your C64?!
i have about 4 commodore 64's at home. have about three 1541 floppy disk drives, have the tape player, also have Vic20 and commodore 128. have about 500 floppy disks for cbm64, still working. my favorite game was Impossible Mission which i am proud to say that i completed in 1991 (without using cheats).
50 cent, Have you heard of the XE1541 patch cable? It allows you to connect your PC to your Commodore 64! Its great to download C64 games from the net and transfer them to floppy.
no wonder we got all this crap. you guys treating this like a game. remember TRADING IS NOT A GAME... NOT A GAME... NOT A GAME. ultima... stucked in the middle who's still using Datek?... it's like this again... growing pain... wow.. it was 4 years ago... lol back to counter-strike... not making money... but hey... i got to shoot some guys...
luxor, x1541.. yes have that too. but i'll be honest that i only use the emulator these days. i also have the atari vcs2600 machine at home... but for that i also only use the emulator these days. my favorite game was "Yars' Revenge". ps check this out yo: http://www.madrigal.emuita.it/dnload_m.html these are Game&Watch simulators for Windows. I used to play "Turtle Bridge" when I was little. Now I play eSignal.. ha..
You still have Impossible Mission?! That was a kickass game! Man, I feel like a kid again just thinking of it. I remember when I upgraded to the C128. It was quite the machine then. hehe. And I dreamed of one day saving enough $ to buy that 1 Megabyte hard drive! haha! Was it 1MB or 10MB? I think it was one. I forgot.
