How do you create a one Order Cancels Other (OCO) order in IB?

For example, if you held 100 GOOG @ 395, you could enter an OCO order to sell 100 if GOOG hit 400 OR sell 100 if GOOG hit 390 (stop-loss).

The IB 'Trigger' mechanism won't work since if you setup both orders via triggers, one being triggered wouldn't cancel the other from being triggered later.

Hopefully I'm just missing something simple!
