IB - NYMEX Order routing problem 11/6

Started happening 11/6 and 11/7, orders are not being acknowledged in CL futures in the 5 minutes prior to the 6:00pm eastern reopen (they remain light blue status in TWS until right after the open). Other NYMEX futures (QM, NG, etc...) are sent in timely fashion ~5 minutes prior to the open as usual.

CS was notified, if anyone could look into this I would appreciate it.

PS - My backup broker routed orders for CL in that window on both those days so it is not a NYMEX/CME issue.

The fix has been released.
