Emails to the help desk are not correct IB protocol for complaining about a time-sensitive issue, are generally discouraged by IB, and are subject to very low priority. The correct procedure is to open a trouble ticket from the account management page of the IB website, or to phone for urgent issues or to use IB chat. I would advise against using IB chat, and stick to trouble tickets, or use the phone if you can't wait.
